THOUGHTS ON BLOGGING:


We enjoy doing our homework on the blog.There are some blogs very furnished but maybe the theme is not interesting for girl like football and others with themes for girls and that boys normally aren't interested in.what we mean is that blogs must be for girl and boys. We think the blog of the month is Carlos` blog because it is very furnished but not because the theme.

THOUGHTS OF BLOGGING:
It's difficult to do links...
But it's fun because we learn more things and we can see more news...
In my opinion, blogs are more completed and likeful to watch them.
And when you're having fun with the blog ,you learn more English.
What we like more are the web pages' links.
We can win if we work hard and the things we can do without using Spanish.

We think the best blog is Brazlian footballers because it has too many widgets, like music radio, calendars, games, etc.

It has won because he know how to put widgets and he spend a lot of time to do it at the computer.

Now we are going to add so many things because we have learnt so much today.

Thoughts on Bloggin'

We have enjoyed a lot the blogging because we think we've got a lot out of it. We think that the rest of the class have enjoyed it too because we can see them very interested in it. The thing of the blog that we prefer is the RSS because you can watch news without getting out of the blog you are watching and the thing we hate is the writing because ts tiring. We think the Brazillian Footballers Blog is the best but it has got one error... COPY + PASTE. It's so funny because we learn English while we're using the computer.

We could win by working a lot.

Saturday 24th March Class Activities

Do 1 to 6 in your own time. Work at your own speed. It is not a race.

If you need help please ask either Carlos, David or Jaime.

1. Find 2 web pages that you want to link to your blogs and then create the links.

2. Find 2 different web pages for which you want to create RSS feeds and then add them to your blogs.

3. Add some music to your blogs.

4. Move your elements around so that you are happy with how they look.

5. When you have finished this add a 'blog profile' element to your blogs. This should say what you are writing about and why, and what kind of things your blogs include e.g. videos, profiles etc.

6. If you have finished and everybody else is still working, look at some of the class blogs and add comments to the posts that you find interesting.

7. Steve and I would very much like to hear your thoughts on blogging. Have you both enjoyed setting up your own blogs? Do you think other people in the class have? Why (not)? What do you like most and what do you like least? Whose blogs do you like the most and why? What can you both do to win the best blog prize this month?

The title should be 'Thoughts on Blogging'. It should be done on the Senior 5 blog.

Hi ya everybody

I have been reading your blogs in order to award the 'Blog of the Month' prize for January and I am really impressed by the work that some have you have put in to making your blogs work. And some of you have really excelled in developing your blogging skills. Some of the things I have seen I wouldn't know how to do myself! I will definitely be picking your brains about some of your tricks!

The prize will be given on the day of the exams, Saturday 17th February.

There are a few problems however with some of the blogs. Firstly, I don't know who some of the blog's belong to. Could you add a post to this blog with the address of your blog and your name. Only write your first names! No second names!

The second problem is that some of you have been cutting and pasting text from the internet. Please don't do this. I want to know what you think and for you to express yourselves in your own words.

Thirdly, everything related top the blogs should be in English so please don't have any links to web pages that are not in English.

Mostly though I have been really, really, really impressed! Some of you have really exceeded my expectations!
